Setting Up Your Livestream Feed

To broadcast a Zoom livestream with Beam, you need to enable livestreaming on YouTube, configure it in Zoom, and then create a web view in Beam.

1. Enable livestreaming with YouTube

To enable livestreaming with your YouTube account, follow the instructions under the first step Enable live streaming at the link below:

2. Configure livestreaming in Zoom with YouTube

At the link below:

  1. Follow the steps for "How to enable or disable YouTube live streaming for meetings" or "How to enable YouTube live streaming for webinars".
  2. Complete the steps for "How to start a livestream to YouTube".
    1. For the Privacy setting, make sure to choose Public

3. Create a YouTube livestream feed in Skykit Beam

The final step is to create a web view in Beam to play your livestream:

  1. Copy the livestream URL provided when you set up your YouTube livestream.
