# How do I know if my content is published?

In the **Content** menu, a colored dot appears next to each item. This dot helps you quickly recognize if your content has been published.

- **Gray Dot**: Your content has never been published.

- **Orange Dot**: Your content has been published before, but currently includes unpublished changes.

- **Green Dot**: Your content is published and no changes have been made since it was published.

Please note that at times the dot can take up to 10 seconds to change color after you edit the content item.
