Logging in to Skykit
Pre-requisite: In order to successfully login into accounts portal you need to make sure that you are added as a user to the Skykit accounts by your Account Owner.
Go to accounts.skykit.com. The login window opens.
- Choose your login method:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Microsoft
- Continue with SSO
- If you're a first-time user, you may see a permissions window. You'll need to add Skykit as an approved app.
- It is also advised to disable pop up for your browser you are using to login into SkyKit.

Continue with Email and Password
- To login using email and password click on the option to continue.
- Enter credentials : Username and Password in their respective fields.
- The login button should come in an active state
- Click on the login button to proceed.
- On a login success you should be able to see your account.
Note:- The navigation options in the left menu can be different for users depending on their user role in the accounts and tenants. Only account owners will have full access to all menus and products in the accounts portal.
- If you are a user in more than one accounts, you should see a list of accounts and you can click to navigate to the account of your choice.
- To access products, you can click on the Shortcuts or App changing menu.
- To access the Skykit products using the App changing menu, click on the 9 dot icon to expand the view and this expanded view shows what Skykit products are available to your user.
- To choose beam click to select beam and you will get redirected directly to your beam tenant, if you have access to only one tenant in your account.
- An account can have multiple tenants. User with access to multiple tenants should see the list of tenants and can click to access the tenant of their choice.
Switching to Another Product
If you an Enterprise user or have access to more products, it's easy to switch between them after you log in. Just select the 9-dot app changing menu in the top right corner of your current app window and click on your desired app option. No additional clicks or logins are necessary.
Eg. If you are currently using beam and you want to navigate to control, just click on the 9 dot menu in beam and this will show two options; Control and Accounts. Click on Control and you will be taken to control portal for your current tenant. Similarly to navigate to Accounts portal, you can select Accounts option.
Other ways to navigate to your Skykit products.
- If you are an account owner or Tenant Admin, you can launch Beam and Control from the Tenants menu, from Accounts portal. Please note, this view of tenants will also show what products are available to you just like in the 9-dot app menu. For eg; if you only have access to Beam, you would not see Control product listed in the view and vice-versa.
- You can also directly access by entering your Skykit Product URL in address bar to navigate there.
