# Device Management

## Overview

This page will cover information related to the Device Management page.

## Moving Devices Between Tenants

1. Navigate to the Device Management page

> A link to Device Management will appear in the main navigation for Account Owners only. For users with other roles, contact your Account Owner for help moving devices.

2. Select the Tenant where your device is currently paired

> Finding your Device’s Tenant
> 
> If you’re not sure what Tenant a device is currently paired to, the quickest way to find out is to pull up the [Diagnostic Screen](/v1/docs/understanding-the-diagnostic-screen) if you have access to the physical device. If you do not, you’ll need to search Control UI or Beam for your device.
3. Search for the Device you want to move by name or serial number

4. Click Move

> [!WARNING]
> Warning
> 
> Online devices will immediately start playing their new Tenant’s [Default Content](/v1/docs/what-is-default-content) when moved. Offline devices will continue to play cached content from the previous tenant until they are online. Other device settings such as orientation will be preserved.

5. Select the Tenant where you want to move your Device

6. Confirm Move
