If you log in to Skykit using the general login URL (login.skykit.com) rather than the URL for a specific product, you'll see a product selection window after you select a tenant. This window shows you all Skykit products.
An "inactive" flag on the Skykit Control product tile means that either the subscription is not yet paid for or Control has not been enabled yet for the tenant. Please contact Skykit Support or your Customer Success Manager.
