# Why am I not seeing my PowerPoint transitions, animations, and embedded videos on my Display?

PowerPoint files are not able to be played natively on an Android media player. Therefore, when you upload a PowerPoint file into Beam, the Skykit platform transforms each slide into a static image that can then be played on your Display.

While you can edit the duration and transition for each slide within Beam, if you’d like to use more advanced features like animations and embedded videos, we recommend exporting your PowerPoint file as a video, then uploading the video to Beam. This will give you more precise control of how your deck appears on the screen.
