- Skykit Insights (early access): real-time network visibility and Proof-of-Play data, sent straight into your BI tools
- Emergency alerts with InformaCast and Alertus
- Enterprise Content Integration (ECI): automated data feeds from your business systems onto your screens
- Self-service default content for Account Owners and Tenant Administrators
- Share whole folders with other tenants
- In-app support tickets from Beam, Control, and Accounts
- New hardware: F-Series touchscreens (F10, F15, F21) and the E300 Media Player
Plus: video transcoding controls, Content Apps for Base edition, App Management for every user, OneDrive PowerPoint sync, serial number search in Accounts, Canva integration, and more than 25 fixes and smaller improvements.

- Three new content roles: Content Manager, Content Organizer, and Content Creator
- Content sharing from the tenant detail page
- Move displays between tenants without contacting support
- Richer device status in Control, including foreground app, modem, and Wi-Fi status
