If the network that you and your devices are connecting to is behind an active firewall, you may need to add the appropriate sites to your firewall allow list to ensure complete connectivity to Skykit. Please see below for the list of sites.
Skykit Beam, Skykit Control
To ensure connectivity to accounts.skykit.com, beam.skykit.com, control-ui.skykit.com; the following sites will need to be added to your firewall allow list:

Whitelisting Devices on Your Network
In some situations, your IT team may want to whitelist your Skykit devices on the network and may ask for the IP or MAC address for your device(s). This information can be be found in the Network Tab in Control UI.
