To add wifi and supply a static IP do the following:
Boot the device and use the device unlock code to unlock the device and start the Skykit Control App. You can use Skykit Control to look up the device unlock code if it is not known.
Start Android Settings > Network & Internet > Wifi > Add Network
Enter SSID credentials as necessary and enable "Advanced Options"
Under "IP Settings" select "Static"
Enter static IP information and Save
Note:
Static IP can only be added if the device is on Wifi. It can not be added if the device is connected via any other means i.e. Ethernet
