Once you've created a web capture and added it to your content list, you can manage it in Beam by editing the settings.
- From the Content menu, select the web capture you want to manage. The Web Capture content manager window opens.
- Beam automatically adds a default title for your web capture. If you'd like to change it, enter a new title in the Name field.
- Select the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner to open the web capture Settings drawer. This is where you will manage your web capture's settings.
- In the Duration field, select how long you want the web capture to be displayed. The duration defaults to 10 seconds.
- From the Transition list, select how you want the web capture to transition to the next slide. When you select an option, you'll see a preview of the effect in the Web Capture content manager window.
- If you want to update the web capture's URL or change the refresh interval or orientation, update the relevant fields in the URL section.
- Select the ←Back arrow to save your changes and return to the Web Capture content manager window.
- If your changes included an updated web address, make sure you select the camera icon to update and sync your changes.
- Select Publish to make your web capture available to publish directly to your displays or to insert into a playlist or program.
