Skykit customers can connect their Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Microsoft Teams accounts.

Can I use a personal Facebook account with Skykit Social Media Feeds?

No. Because of the Facebook API restrictions and privacy concerns, Facebook requires the connected Facebook user account to have access to a Facebook Business Page.

Can I use a personal Instagram account with Skykit Social Media Feeds?

No. Because of the Instagram API restrictions and privacy concerns, Instagram requires the connected Instagram account to be a Professional (Business) account. This Professional Account must be connected to a Facebook Business Page as well.
