Why am I seeing this?
This image is the default fallback content image when a Display is attempting to play a Web View or Dashboard Connection and cannot access the web page. Common reasons for this are:

Skykit Player is not online | Open Beam or Control UI, find your device, and check if it’s offline. |
The web page the display is trying to reach is offline or the URL has changed | Attempt to open the URL in a web browser on another device to see if it opens |
Typo in the URL entered in Beam | Open your Web View or Dashboard in Beam, click the settings drawer, and copy the exact URL entered in Beam. Then attempt to open the URL in your web browser. |
The network is blocking the website | Attempt to open the URL on a device connected to a different network such as a mobile hotspot. |
This will only occur on Web Views and Dashboards, which require an Internet connection. Content that is uploaded, such as images, videos, and PDFs, are cached on the device and will continue to play regardless of connectivity.
Can I show something else instead?
If your content is a Web View, you can set the Web View fallback to something other than the default. This can be any content item in your Tenant that does not require an internet connection.
