Why am I seeing "Current login service is disabled?"

The Skykit platform supports four login methods:

  1. Google

  2. Microsoft

  3. SSO

  4. Email and Password

However, many Accounts have some of these login methods disabled, usually for security purposes. If you log into an Account using an unsupported method, you will see this message:

Notification indicating the current login service is disabled and prompting logout.

If you believe you are using a login method that should be supported, please contact our support team.
