If you are a tenant Admin, you can find YouTube under All Apps, then connect it. If you are not an admin, you will need to ask an admin to add YouTube here or on the App Management page.

  3. Enter your YouTube URL. Beam will validate that your URL is a YouTube video, playlist, or Short.

  5. Choose playback options. Use the toggles to choose if you would like to loop your video, hide related videos, and/or show closed captions when available. You can also choose a start and end time if you would only like to show part of your video. If you leave these values at 0, all of the video will play.

    Check Out Your Dynamic URL

As you make changes to settings, the Generated URL will dynamically update to reflect your selections.

  6. Name your content and create.

Optional: Choose a timeout duration. This is how long your Display will wait for the page to load before showing fallback content.
