To troubleshoot this issue and get your device back online, please follow these steps: 

Power Check: Ensure the device’s power source is properly connected. 

Network Check: Confirm the device network connection is correctly configured and stable. You might need to consult with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is you are facing a larger network issue. 

Device Restart: Often, a simple device restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn the device off, wait a minute or two, then power it back on.
