Yes. If your player is set to display a playlist and it goes offline, it will continue to display that playlist until it comes back online and different content is selected.
However, if the Playlist contains content that relies on an internet connection such as Web Views and Dashboard Connections, fallback content will display until the connection is reestablished.
Content that is hosted locally on the player such as Videos and Images, will play regardless of connectivity.
