Deleting/Unpairing a Display in Beam

Only Tenant Admins and Account Owners can delete/unpair Displays in Beam.

  1. In Beam, navigate to Displays from the menu bar

  2. Click on the Display you would like to delete

  3. Click the red UNPAIR DISPLAY button

  4. Click CONFIRM

    Confirmation dialog asking to unpair a display with cancel and confirm options.

If the device is online at the time if unpairing, it will reboot, then display a pairing code. If desired, it can be paired again.

Device Move

If you are unpairing because the device needs to be in a different Tenant, you can instead use Device Move.

If the device is offline at the time of unpairing, it will continue to play cached content until it comes back online.

This action cannot be undone. If you unpair a Display in Beam, it will also be removed from Control.
