Pairing a Display in Skykit Beam

Before you can play content on your display, you need to pair it with Skykit Beam.

Pairing a Display

In Beam, select Displays from the navigation bar. The Displays menu opens.
Select Pair Display in the top right corner of the window.
Don't see the Pair Display button?
Only Tenant Admins and Account Owners have access to this functionality.

The Pair a Display window opens.
In the Enter a pairing code field, enter the pairing code you see when you first turn on your player.
The Displays detail window for the newly paired display opens, showing its status, serial number, and ID number.
Enter a name for the display in the Title field.
Select the back arrow to return to the Displays menu. The new display is now included at the top of the list.

What will play a newly paired Display?

The Tenant Default Content, which is either a Program or Playlist automatically created at the time of Tenant creation will play. If you would like to change the Default Content for your Tenant, this can be done on the Tenants page in Accounts.
