How do I know if my content is published?

In the Content menu, a colored dot appears next to each item. This dot helps you quickly recognize if your content has been published.

  • Gray Dot: Your content has never been published.
    Gray dot - content has never been published
  • Orange Dot: Your content has been published before, but currently includes unpublished changes.
    Orange dot - content has unpublished changes
  • Green Dot: Your content is published and no changes have been made since it was published.
    Green dot - content is published and up to date
Please note that at times the dot can take up to 10 seconds to change color after you edit the content item.
