How to Get MAC Address from a P7 Device That Hasn't Been Online

The MAC address can help with identifying the device on a network or configuring network security. To obtain the MAC address from a P7 device offline, look for the sticker underneath the device. This sticker contains the MAC address and other important information.

To find the MAC address:

  • Gain access to the physical device

  • Flip it over.

  • Check the sticker on the underside.

  • Find the "MAC Address" section, which shows 6-pairs of alphanumeric characters.

Additional Information

If the sticker is unreadable, check the packaging box for alternative ways to find the MAC address. Following these steps helps you find the MAC address without internet access, aiding in network setup.
