Manually Updating Device Apps

Items required to manually update a device

P3 (formally SKP3), P7 (formally SKP Max), E100 (formally SKP Pro)

• Device Remote OR USB Keyboard/Mouse

CMA1000

• Female USB A to Micro adapter

• USB Keyboard/Mouse

Steps

• Confirm that the device is connected to internet source.

• Power cycle the device (turn it off, then turn it back on again).

• Once the device reboots, wait till you see the countdown and look for the Gear Icon on the bottom left of the screen/display.

• Use the device Remote OR Keyboard/Mouse to navigate to the Gear Icon and select it.

• Once the Gear Icon is selected, the device will carry out a check for updates and will update its apps.
