Changing Account Settings requires the Account Owner Role.

Understanding the Accounts Settings page

• Navigate to the Accounts Settings page

• Here is a summary of what the information on this page represents:

  Company Name	This is set when creating your account.
  Time Zone	This setting will set the default time zone for any newly created tenants.
  Account ID	This unique ID helps identify your Skykit Account. When you contact support, we may request this ID to ensure we can assist you efficiently.
  Account Owner	This is the original creator of this account. An account can have multiple Account owners.
  Plan	This shows the current Skykit Subscription Plan for your account. Want to learn what’s included in each plan? Click here
  Created	Date that the account was created.

Don’t Forget to Save!

Remember to save all of your updates by clicking on the Save Updates button.
